Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years experience using MS or Google business software for daily work and data management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and responsive prospect research using internal data and public records.
• Analyze biographical, philanthropic, financial, business, and relationship information to assess donor capacity and affinity.
• Prepare concise research profiles, briefings, due diligence reports, and other analytical materials.
• Monitor news and trends affecting prospects and share updates with fundraising staff.
• Support prospect management and portfolio adjustments with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with development officers to identify research needs throughout the fundraising cycle.
• Develop templates, documentation, and SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency.
