Eastern Michigan University seeks a Director of Prospect Development to lead the prospect research, portfolio and pipeline management, and advancement data analytics. The role partners with Advancement leadership, frontline fundraisers, and the President to identify high-capacity prospects and drive donor portfolios.

The position requires strategic oversight of research briefs, due diligence, and relationship intelligence for executive leadership and fundraisers, with a focus on confidentiality

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in prospect research, management, or analytics.
• Strong analytical, research, and communication capabilities; ability to translate data into strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead prospect research, strategy and due diligence aligned with university priorities.
• Oversee prospect management, portfolios, pipelines, and data integrity in the CRM.
• Serve as primary prospect strategist for principal-level prospects and gift fundraising.
• Maintain training materials and collaborate with Advancement leadership on initiatives.
