Qualifications

• Five or more years of donor database and advancement services experience.
• Experience building reports, queries, and data quality controls.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Understanding of online giving portals and donor workflows.
• Strong analytical, project-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead Slate CRM administration, configuration, governance, and improvement for Advancement.
• Oversee prospect identification, research, segmentation, and portfolio analytics.
• Coordinate gift processing oversight, reconciliation, and donor communications.
• Guide policy, compliance, data stewardship, and privacy practices across advancement functions.
• Supervise and develop staff while partnering with campus stakeholders.
