Job summary

Amazon, Jersey City, NJ, seeks a ProServe Account Executive to drive end-to-end relationships with Healthcare and Life Sciences accounts globally, shaping transformation programs including AI/Gen AI, IT modernization, and cloud migration. You will work with SVP/VP-level customers, designing ambitious programs and solutions to achieve business objectives.

You will lead business development from origination through proposals, contracting, and delivery launch, collaborating with AWS Industry sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
8+ years of technology sales or IT/management consulting experience.
5+ years in Healthcare and Life Sciences (Pharma/Medtech/Payer) in North America.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic account plans with AWS Industries sales aligned to ProServe HCLS strategy.
Lead end-to-end business development from origination to proposals, contracting and delivery launch.
Innovate delivery models and program designs to maximize customer value.
Share customer insights with AWS teams to inform priorities.
Monitor projects to ensure delivery on customer business outcomes (CBOs).
