Ideal candidates are early career or recent graduates with 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience, a valid driver’s license, and an interest in a long-term sales career within a Fortune 1000 company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Receive training in selling skills, account management, and territory planning.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and support revenue growth in assigned territories.
• Assist with customer outreach and lead generation.
• Prepare for placement into a Territory Sales Representative role after program completion.
