Job summary

Herc Rentals is offering a ProSales Associate program in the United States to train early career professionals for a Territory Sales Representative role. You will participate in the Black and Gold Academy, gain field exposure by shadowing sales reps, and support outreach to drive revenue growth within assigned territories.

The program covers equipment knowledge, account management, and territory planning, with progression into sales leadership paths as you complete the 12-month training track.

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or customer facing experience.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Interest in a long term sales career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Black and Gold Academy sales training program.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives in the field to observe customer interactions.
• Visit customer job sites with sales leaders to understand needs and equipment applications.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation and revenue growth within territories.
• Learn branch operations, logistics and customer service functions.
