Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSales Associate in Broward County as part of the Early Career Sales Program. You will enter the Black and Gold Academy, gaining structured coaching and field experience to prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role.

Recent graduates or those with 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply; a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required. Growth opportunities exist within a Fortune 1000 company.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Receive training in selling skills, account management, and territory planning.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and visit customer job sites.
• Assist with lead generation and support revenue growth in assigned territories.
• Learn branch operations and equipment offerings to become a Territory Sales Associate.
