Herc Rentals is launching a ProSales Associate program in Fort Lauderdale designed for early career professionals to build a long-term sales career. Participants join the Black and Gold Academy, receive formal training, shadow senior reps, visit job sites, and support revenue growth while preparing for a Territory Sales Representative role.

Ideal candidates have 0–5 years in sales or customer-facing roles, with associate or bachelor’s degrees preferred and a valid driver’s license for territory

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Receive training in selling skills, account management, territory planning and customer engagement.
• Learn Herc Rentals’ product portfolio and service offerings.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and visit customer job sites.
• Assist with customer outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth in assigned territories.
• Learn branch operations, equipment processes and logistics coordination.
• Prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role after program completion.
