Herc Rentals in West Palm Beach, Florida, offers a ProSales Associate program designed to build a long-term sales career. Through the Black and Gold Academy, you will receive training in selling skills, account management, territory planning, and customer engagement, with a defined path toward a Territory Sales Representative role upon completion of the 12-month program.

The program includes field exposure, coaching from experienced leaders, and hands-on experience across Herc Rentals’ equipment

Qualifications

• 0–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.
• Interest in a long-term sales career with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Herc Rentals’ Black and Gold Academy, a structured sales development program.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and visit customer job sites to observe interactions.
• Support customer outreach, lead generation, and revenue growth within assigned territories.
• Learn core branch operations, equipment processes, and service functions.
• Prepare for placement into a Territory Sales Representative role upon program completion.
