Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking an Onboarding Specialist focused on delivering a seamless onboarding experience for Pros, our home service professionals. You will guide new users from activation to first value, help them adopt our platform, and ensure they realize measurable benefits early on.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Tech Support to address client needs, drive product adoption, and build long-term relationships that result in advocacy and retention.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in full-time customer success, implementation or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven success in developing relationships with new customers and exceeding success metrics.
• Ability to work the scheduled shifts: Monday – Friday 9am-6pm PST
• Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own relationship during onboarding including activation, adoption and value delivery.
• Serve as primary resource during early lifecycle and handoff from sales.
• Reinforce value of HCP and drive early product adoption.
• Communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams.
• Partner cross-functionally to support Pro success and retention.
• Develop and nurture Pros for advocacy.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and improvements.
• Manage timelines and actions to drive efficiency.
• Improve Pros opportunities using qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Develop processes distinguishing our brand by superior support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge.
