Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for service professionals. You will coordinate activation, adoption, and transition, acting as the primary contact during the critical post-enrollment window to guide Pro success and product value realization.

In this role, you will communicate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Tech Support to address questions, address challenges, and ensure Pro satisfaction with our platform.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience in full-time customer success, implementation or sales
• Advanced English proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Responsibilities

• Own relationship during initial onboarding phase for new Pros including activation and transition
• Serve as the primary resource for Pros during their early lifecycle
• Reinforce and resell the value of Housecall Pro to drive early product adoption
• Communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams
• Partner cross-functionally to support Pro success and retention
