Job summary

Housecall Pro is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for Pros. The role is fully remote with a PST schedule and global team collaboration. You will guide early adoption, build confidence, and demonstrate value to Pros across onboarding and post-sale support.

The position offers a base salary plus a discretionary bonus, with a total annual OTE of $28,000–$30,000. This role emphasizes customer success, cross-functional work, and AI-enabled productivity.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in customer success, onboarding, implementation, or sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST.
• Proven success in building relationships with new customers.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding relationship for new Pros including activation and adoption.
• Serve as primary resource during early lifecycle.
• Reinforce value of Housecall Pro and drive early product adoption.
• Communicate client information and feedback across teams.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to mitigate risk and drive retention.
• Develop processes to exceed customer expectations in support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge.
• Identify opportunities for expansion and improvements.
