Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
- 15+ years leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.
- 7+ years in progressive leadership roles with Lean/process improvements.
- Demonstrated consensus-driven decision making and stakeholder influence.
- Strong business acumen; experience bringing products to production.
Responsibilities
- Lead Propulsion BU Engineering organization, accountable for strategy, execution, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Direct talent initiatives: recruitment, development, performance management, mentoring.
- Oversee engineering operations: IRAD investments, processes, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions meeting customer requirements and lifecycle goals.
- Drive a culture of engineering excellence and change leadership within the BU.
- Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and resolve escalated issues.
