Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.
• 7+ years in progressive leadership roles with Lean/process improvements.
• Demonstrated consensus-driven decision making and stakeholder influence.
• Strong business acumen; experience bringing products to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead Propulsion BU Engineering organization, accountable for strategy, execution, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Direct talent initiatives: recruitment, development, performance management, mentoring.
• Oversee engineering operations: IRAD investments, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery of innovative, high-quality solutions meeting customer requirements and lifecycle goals.
• Drive a culture of engineering excellence and change leadership within the BU.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and resolve escalated issues.
