Moog Inc. seeks a seasoned Spacecraft Propulsion & Thrusters Business Segment Director in Buffalo, NY to lead strategic planning, P&L and program execution for a core growth area. You will drive sales, pricing strategy and cross-functional collaboration with customers and Moog units to achieve targets.

The role requires deep financial acumen, stakeholder influence and an ability to balance long‑term vision with operational execution within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• P&L leadership experience with budgeting, forecasting and pricing strategy.
• Executive communication and broad stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment and negotiations.
• Ability to manage in a dynamic, high-priority environment.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the strategic plan for the Spacecraft Propulsion & Thrusters segment.
• Manage P&L and balance sheet; set targets for bookings, sales and profit.
• Oversee complex development and production programs for multiple customers.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and internal Moog teams.
• Lead workforce and capital planning with Propulsion Systems BU leadership.
