Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM required; experience varies by level.

Responsibilities

• Provide manufacturing support to meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
• Establish Lean process flow and capacity planning analyses.
• Develop, maintain and improve Process Control Documentation.
• Perform tooling, safety, and TPM-related activities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and train operations staff.
