Job summary

ApartmentAdvisor is a proptech company building ASSIST, an AI-native property management platform. We are growing our marketing function and seeking a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and accelerate GTM efforts.

You will partner with leadership to turn strategy into campaigns, own key channels, and optimize performance in a fast-moving startup environment. You will work closely with VP Marketing, Sales, Product, and Engineering to prioritize opportunities, test ideas, and scale

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience
• Hands-on marketer able to plan, execute and optimize programs
• Paid media experience with Google/Meta
• Video content creation using AI tools or freelancers
• Experience measuring marketing performance and pipeline
• Startup or high-growth background with independent execution
• Fluency with AI tools in daily workflow
• Experience with marketing/CRM platforms (HubSpot)
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Proptech or real estate experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize demand generation programs across paid media, email, events, content, video and webinars
• Manage paid acquisition across Google and Meta, with tracking and optimization
• Create and produce video content and product demos, leveraging AI tools and freelancers
• Develop content and sales enablement materials to support demand generation
• Collaborate with Product and Sales on positioning and messaging across campaigns
• Measure and improve marketing performance using data and experiments
• Maintain and improve marketing systems and workflows (HubSpot, email, campaigns)
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, and leadership to align programs with revenue goals
