Qualifications

• 8+ years in demand generation with senior leadership experience.
• Experience driving ICP-qualified pipeline in B2B SaaS across multiple segments.
• Hands-on paid media at scale with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Define demand generation strategy across all segments.
• Own paid media channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft) with budget accountability.
• Drive visibility in AI-powered search environments.
• Develop agentic and AI-native demand programs that generate real pipeline.
• Oversee HubSpot and marketing technology stack (lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation).
• Build and lead a high-performing demand gen team.
• Provide executive-level reporting on performance and impact.
• Align with Sales/BD for shared ICP and pipeline standards.
