Inhabit is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the Residential and Vacation rental divisions, shaping brand positioning and demand generation. You will drive AI-enabled marketing strategies, partner with Product and Sales, and oversee a mature, multi-brand GTM program across channels and lifecycle stages.

The role requires a track record in B2B SaaS marketing leadership, with strong analytics, executive communication, and the ability to manage complex, matrixed teams in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership with a B2B SaaS focus.
• Experience leading teams in prop tech or residential property management.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple divisions and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong fluency in performance metrics, attribution, and ROI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own brand strategy and portfolio messaging across Residential and Vacation brands.
• Lead demand generation and budget ownership across divisions.
• Partner with Product, Sales, RevOps and Customer Success to align launches and roadmaps.
• Translate platform changes into simple, compelling narratives; lead executive communications.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary, mostly remote marketing organization.
