Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Proposal Writer to lead development of client proposals, RFIs and RFP responses with cross-functional input. You will ensure alignment with the strategic vision, quality standards, and deadlines across departments.

You’ll collaborate with sales, operations and senior leaders to craft compelling, compliant documents and maintain reusable content libraries, driving success for key opportunities in the life sciences space.

Qualifications

• Strong writing, editing, and synthesis skills with the ability to transform input from multiple stakeholders into clear, client-ready content.
• Experience drafting proposals, RFIs, and RFPs in a life sciences or pharmaceutical environment.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to manage content libraries and reuse content for future proposals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal development process and timelines for internal and external clients; coordinate with multiple departments.
• Research information for RFIs and RFPs; draft and edit proposals per client specs.
• Create and edit proposals and related documents aligning with strategy and standards.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to design and refine proposals.
• Maintain department tracking, including Salesforce updates; ensure content is current and reusable.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in daily work.
