Logan Elite is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Proposal Writer with a strong background in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences training, or medical communications.

We are seeking a highly skilled writer who understands the life sciences industry and has experience developing compelling proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, and other business development materials for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.

This is a specialized search. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working for a life sciences training, pharmaceutical services, medical communications, or related organization.

The Opportunity

The Proposal Writer will play an important role in developing customized proposals that communicate complex services and solutions in a clear, compelling, and client-focused manner.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with business development professionals, subject matter experts, project teams, and leadership to turn client requirements into persuasive proposals that differentiate the organization from its competitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write proposals, RFP responses, RFIs, and other business development materials.
• Analyze client requirements and develop customized, compelling responses.
• Translate complex life sciences services and solutions into clear, persuasive written content.
• Collaborate with business development, subject matter experts, project teams, and leadership.
• Research prospective clients and tailor proposals to their specific needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain proposal templates, content libraries, case studies, and supporting materials.
• Edit and proofread proposals for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and overall quality.
• Manage multiple proposal projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Help identify and communicate organizational differentiators and value propositions.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience writing proposals, RFPs, RFIs, or similar business development content.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, medical communications, healthcare training, or a related industry.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Ability to understand complex information and turn it into concise, persuasive content.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with sales, business development, subject matter experts, and senior leadership.

Highly Preferred Experience
