Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruiting team with sourcing, scheduling, and process improvements across the life sciences organization. You will manage applicant tracking, coordinate interviews, liaise with external agencies, and help craft offers while upholding our commitment to DEI and compliance.

This role requires strong project management, data analysis, and communication skills to deliver a positive candidate experience and drive hiring

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR or Talent Acquisition with project management experience.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of complex projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Assist with offer letters and maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Coordinate background checks and ensure clarity for candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and data accuracy.
• Create job postings, generate reports, and manage candidate communications.
• Lead and manage multiple recruitment projects from initiation to completion.
• Support DEI initiatives and continuous improvement in TA processes.
