Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Proposal Specialist II to join the Program Management marketing team in a hybrid role. This position supports pursuits, coordinating formal and informal responses to client solicitations such as EOI, RFQ, RFP, and pre-qualification efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience collaborating within a marketing team to lead and support proposal/marketing activity within the AEC industry or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and desktop publishing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign).
• Knowledge of marketing best practices and procedures, work processes, and collaboration tools.
• Ability to produce accurate, compliant, and compelling work independently and with others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to edit proposal materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage responses to RFQ and RFP across multiple disciplines within Program Management.
• Lead proposal strategy development and planning with capture teams and apply win themes and discriminators.
• Develop proposal outlines and schedules for compliance.
• Conduct proposal review meetings and manage revisions based on feedback.
• Gather materials from project teams and coordinate content with graphics and subconsultants.
• Coordinate with graphics team for organization charts, maps, flow charts, and matrices.
• Perform quality assurance on proposal materials and finalize layout in InDesign when needed.
