ERO Resources Corporation is seeking a Temporary Proposal Coordinator to identify opportunities, lead proposal development, and coordinate across engineering disciplines, marketing, and graphics to produce compelling submissions. The role emphasizes strong writing, organization, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will work under the Director of Business Development and support the creation of technical proposals, qualification statements, and marketing materials for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or business or commensurate experience.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in proposal preparation, marketing, or document production in environmental/engineering fields is preferred.
• Certifications or coursework in related areas are a plus.
• Experience with a CRM tool (Unanet preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and opportunities to identify viable projects.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, resumes, project descriptions, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate across departments and with Project Managers, editors, and graphics teams.
• Manage multiple proposals and tight deadlines with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct client debriefs for wins or losses and document lessons learned.
• Support development of corporate identity elements for promotional pieces.
