Job summary

The Vitality Group Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Pre-Sales Support Analyst to assist the sales team with RFPs, RFIs, client presentations, and pre-sales documentation.

You will coordinate with sales directors, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate responses and high-quality materials delivered to prospective clients. This role requires strong written and verbal communication, excellent proofreading, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines using MS Office and

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional experience in sales support, business operations, marketing, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, English, Health Administration, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic project coordination skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Ability to work across functions and build positive relationships.
• Commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and completion of RFPs, RFIs, questionnaires, and sales materials.
• Draft, edit, and proofread proposal responses, executive summaries, cover letters, and client-facing documents.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather information for proposals and sales materials.
• Maintain and update proposal content library and knowledge management systems.
• Ensure proposals are accurate, well-formatted, and submitted on time.
• Support sales teams with customized responses and presentations.
• Track proposal deadlines, requirements, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve proposal processes and content accuracy.
• Assist with special projects and administrative activities related to the sales cycle.
