Job summary

Geosyntec is seeking a Proposal & Bid Specialist to develop compliant, compelling proposals and SOQs that win profitable work. The role partners with technical staff to identify target clients and supports go/no-go decisions.

Candidates bring a bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, or related field and 4+ years of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM apps, AI tools, and bid platforms. Flexible remote or hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, analytics, business, communications, or related field with 4+ years of experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM applications, AI tools, and bid procurement platforms.
• Understanding of RFP/RFQ processes and federal, state, and local procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop compliant, comprehensive, and compelling proposals and SOQs to win profitable work.
• Manage procurement platforms, screen bid opportunities, and maintain tracking systems.
• Partner with technical staff and leadership to identify target clients and support go/no-go decisions.
