Qualifications

• Experience with proposal estimating or pricing systems (APTs, ProPricer, PCTops, CPS, BOE).
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government proposal requirements.
• Ability to coordinate complex estimates with changing requirements.
• Must be able to maintain a Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process for proposals, compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements.
• Develop cost methodologies and business case analyses to support pricing strategy.
• Coordinate inputs from functional departments and perform related financial modeling.
