Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified professional to own the end-to-end pre-qualification process across EPC and GC supplier portals. You will manage enrollment, document submissions, renewals, and maintain a central database of Major Projects pursuits in NAM.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in supplier operations or bids, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, and a demonstrated ability to craft compliant, professional submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in supplier operations, contracts administration, bid coordination, or pre-qualification management.
• Experience with major EPC or general contractor supplier portals preferred.
• Strong writing and document production skills; able to structure complex documents into compliant submissions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end pre-qualification process across EPC and GC supplier portals: enrollment, document submission, renewals, and database maintenance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation across pre-qualification and proposal workflows.
• Maintain a central database of Major Projects pursuits across NAM; provide pipeline visibility to internal stakeholders.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents to identify requirements, deadlines, evaluation criteria, and compliance items.
• Support proposal preparation: writing, editing, and organizing content such as project approaches and safety narratives.
