Job summary

The Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. team seeks a detail-oriented Prequalification Specialist to coordinate and submit proposal packages for large energy, infrastructure, marine and transportation projects. You will work with executives, project managers, estimators and partners to ensure accurate content and timely responses.

Requirements include 0–3+ years in prequalification or proposals, strong Microsoft Office skills and data-entry speed. Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience
• High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented individual
• Ability to enter data quickly with a high rate of accuracy
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
• Work closely with executives, project managers, estimators and other partners to develop proposal content for large or complex projects
• Respond to requests for proposals, organize prequalification documents and develop templates for quick responses
