Michels Preconstruction Services, Inc. seeks a Prequalification Specialist to coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. You will collaborate with executives, project managers and estimators to develop proposal content for large projects.

Additional duties include responding to RFPs, organizing prequalification documents and creating templates for quick responses. AA/EOE/M/W/Vet/Disability.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of prequalification, proposal development or related experience.
• High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented with fast data entry and accuracy.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and submit proposal and qualification packages.
• Work closely with executives, project managers, estimators and partners to develop proposal content.
• Respond to requests for proposals and organize prequalification documents.
• Develop and record templates for quick responses.
