Job summary

MRB Group in Austin, TX is seeking a Marketing Associate II to lead proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through submission, coordinating with engineers and project managers to craft compelling technical content.

You will write and edit narratives, manage schedules, ensure compliance, and contribute to CRM optimization, marketing materials, events, and client outreach in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business from a four‑year college.
• 3–8 years related experience; AEC marketing or proposal management preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through final submission.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, and project managers to develop technical content.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal narratives, resumes, and project descriptions.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, and internal reviews.
• Develop marketing materials including project profiles and service sheets.
• Maintain CRM data quality and pursue tracking; support client interviews and events.
