Job summary

MRB Group is seeking a Marketing Associate II in Austin or Temple, TX to independently manage proposals from kickoff through submission. You will partner with engineers, architects, planners, and project managers to develop technical content and ensure proposal quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business and 3–8 years of related experience, with strong writing, editing, and project-management skills. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business from a four-year college or university and minimum 3–8 years related experience.
• AEC marketing or proposal management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal and qualification efforts from kickoff through final submission.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, planners, and project managers to develop technical content.
• Write, edit, and refine proposal narratives, resumes, and project descriptions.
• Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, and internal reviews.
• Develop marketing materials including project profiles and service sheets.
• Maintain and optimize CRM usage and pursuit tracking.
• Support client interviews and presentation materials.
• Contribute to templates, workflows, and proposal systems.
