Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, a dynamic employee-owned engineering and design firm, seeks a Proposal Manager to lead and support proposals across the assigned region. You will manage full lifecycle from kickoff to submission, ensuring compliance, quality, and on-time delivery, reporting to the regional Marketing Manager.

You will collaborate with technical staff, produce resumes and project descriptions, edit and layout proposals in InDesign, and maintain CRM data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or related field.
2–5 years of A/E/C proposal or marketing experience.
Familiarity with RFP/RFQ requirements and compliance.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, including SF 330s, qualifications packages, technical proposals, and presentations.
Manage multiple concurrent pursuits, ensuring schedules, deadlines, and compliance requirements are met.
Develop pursuit outlines, schedules, and production plans; facilitate kickoff meetings and track progress.
Facilitate pursuit planning meetings, including capture, kickoff, and reviews (Pink/Red/Gold Team).
Assist with presentation preparation and materials.
