Job summary

Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson is seeking a proposals lead to drive full lifecycle management of client proposals, from kickoff to submission, ensuring quality and compliance. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, develop compelling content, and oversee production using InDesign in a hybrid, 3-days-in-office environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in A/E/C proposal or marketing, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong CRM/Adobe InDesign skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business or related field.
• 2-5 years of A/E/C proposal or marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of public-sector procurement and proposal processes.
• Familiar with RFP/RFQ requirements and compliance.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination, preparation, and delivery of proposals, including SF 330s and qualifications packages.
• Manage multiple concurrent pursuits with schedules, deadlines, and compliance.
• Develop pursuit outlines, schedules, and production plans; kickoff meetings.
• Facilitate pursuit planning meetings and reviews (Pink/Red/Gold Team).
• Assist with presentation materials and develop tailored proposal content.
• Prepare resumes, project descriptions, and graphics for submissions.
• Oversee proposal production, editing, formatting, and layout in InDesign.
• Ensure submissions are compliant and meet quality standards.
• Maintain CRM data and support marketing materials and content libraries.
• Research clients, competitors, and opportunities to support BD efforts.
