Job summary

Hatfield Group Engineering in Manhattan seeks an experienced Marketing Professional to join our growing team. We require a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in an engineering or architecture setting.

Key duties include preparing proposals with Principals, responding to RFPs, creating presentations and brochures, writing marketing content, maintaining our website and social media, coordinating award submissions, and organizing marketing collateral.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Marketing or Graphic Design.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple deadlines effectively.
• A keen graphic design sense.
• Proficiency in InDesign is required plus PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with Principals and leadership to prepare proposals for new projects.
• Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, including qualifications and leading meetings.
• Design and produce presentations, portfolios, and brochures for new business.
• Write and edit marketing content, including resumes, project descriptions, and proposals.
• Assist in maintaining the website and social media content.
• Coordinate and create award submissions.
• Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing collateral.
