HBC Engineering Company, headquartered in the Miami area, seeks a senior Marketing Proposal Specialist III to lead writing and interview prep for the most strategic pursuits. You will collaborate with pursuit teams to craft win strategies and work with technical staff to prepare for client interviews.

This is an in-office role within the Marketing and Business Development team. You will mentor junior staff, provide editorial guidance, and may support broader marketing and PR activities for the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related field; 5–8 years of proposal/marketing experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat/InDesign
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to engage with pursuit leadership and staff
• Ability to use research/data to craft actionable win strategies
• Attention to detail with strong editing and quality control capabilities
• Experience with SF-330 format and public-sector procurement processes preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, write, and lead qualifications packages, proposals, and leave-behind materials for key strategic pursuits
• Collaborate with technical staff to write, review, and edit content for clarity and messages
• Develop pursuit strategies with research and market intelligence
• Organize and lead interview/presentation preparation and coach presenters
• Facilitate pursuit strategy meetings and support client-facing activities
• Provide edits and mentorship to Specialist I/II and Coordinator staff
• Ensure content quality, compliance, and consistency across proposals and presentations
• Assist with press releases, newsletters, and project/industry award submissions
