Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years in marketing, proposal coordination, or communications; AEC or professional services preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience supporting proposal development and interview preparation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals, statements of qualifications, interview presentations, and other pursuit materials from kickoff through final submission
• Develop resumes, project sheets, case studies, boilerplate content, and qualifications packages for firmwide use
• Format, edit, and quality-check marketing documents for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and visual consistency
• Work with technical staff to gather project information, team updates, differentiators, and client-facing messaging
• Support business development research, opportunity tracking, teaming outreach, and client presentation preparation
• Assist with website content, social media posts, internal announcements, and other digital communications
• Coordinate conference materials, award submissions, community outreach items, and event logistics as needed
• Maintain photography, graphics, and document libraries so teams can quickly access current marketing materials
• Track proposal deadlines, compliance requirements, and internal review milestones across multiple active pursuits
• Support firmwide marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives while keeping materials aligned with HBC brand standards
