Job summary

Layton Construction is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to craft compelling proposals and marketing materials that showcase our team and capabilities. You will coordinate pursuits, edit copy, design layouts, and ensure messaging aligns with the brand across all deliverables.

You’ll work closely with BD partners and project teams to produce timely, high-quality proposals and collateral that support our growth goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination.
• Excellent persuasive writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuits: team coordination, messaging, formatting, proofreading, and on time production.
• Contribute to content development for proposals and collateral under supervision.
• Maintain marketing information and resumes reflecting firm strengths.
• Ensure brand adherence and high quality across deliverables.
