Job summary

Layton Construction seeks a proactive Proposal Coordinator to join our team and elevate proposals and marketing materials. You will coordinate pursuits, craft compelling copy, and ensure brand-consistent deliverables across brochures and presentations.

You will collaborate with BD partners, peers, and graphics teams to produce polished documents that reflect our capabilities and project relevance, while maintaining tight deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, drafting tailored proposal content, graphics development, and editing. AEC industry experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on persuasive writing and presentation ability
• Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop) and MS Office (PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pursuit teams to advance positioning and deliver proposals that resonate with clients, coordinating all pursuit aspects
• Contribute content for proposals and collateral under supervision
• Support action planning and progress tracking
• Research best qualifications, project descriptions, resumes, and competitor information for Abbott qualifications and content
