Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs, coordinating content, strategy, and timelines across multiple departments. The role focuses on delivering compliant, high-quality proposals aligned with sales objectives.

The ideal candidate has basic AI-enabled workflow experience, strong analytical skills, and a proven ability to produce executive-level reporting while managing content libraries and RFP tools.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in proposal management.
• Knowledge of proposal databases and RFP response management solutions (Qvidian, Responsive).

Responsibilities

• Support sales efforts by managing the proposal process in response to RFI/RFPs.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects with tight deadlines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Product, IT) to deliver the proposal on time.
• Lead qualification discussions (bid/no-bid) and articulate pursuit strategy.
• Contribute to content development, writing, editing, and proofreading of proposals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards in RFP activities.
• Develop understanding of ACI solutions and internal processes for proposal management.
• Lead process improvement and measure performance with operational metrics.
