• Handle governance, compliance, security, sustainability, and enterprise topics as needed.
• Maintain centralized repositories of approved responses and supporting docs.
• Ensure content stays accurate, current, organized, and audit-ready.
• Support AI, automation, and content management to improve scalability.
• Research industry trends in proposal management and AI/LLMs.
• Analyze questionnaire data, response trends, and win/loss feedback.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to measure response effectiveness.
• Use data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase content reuse and data-driven optimization.
