Job summary

ACI Worldwide, Inc. seeks a Proposal Manager to lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs, coordinating across sales, solution consultants, product management, legal, IT, and executive leadership to deliver on-time, compliant proposals.

You will write, edit and manage content, drive bid/no-bid decisions, and leverage RFPIO, Salesforce and BI tools to provide executive-ready insights and continuous proposal improvements.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in proposal management.
• Knowledge of RFPIO/Responsive and RFP response platforms.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales effort via management of the proposal process for RFIs/RFPs.
• Plan, organize, monitor, and control proposal projects and content.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop project plans and timelines.
• Lead qualification decisions (bid/no-bid) and strategy articulation.
• Write, edit, and proofread proposal content and library materials.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Develop understanding of ACI solutions and internal processes for proposal management.
• Drive proposal management process improvements and reporting.
• Produce operational metrics and regular reports.
• Travel domestically as required.
