Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Proposal Manager to oversee the response process for RFPs and RFIs, including planning, writing, editing, and ensuring timely submissions in line with company standards. You will coordinate Sales, Product, Legal and IT teams, manage timelines, and drive QA, with emphasis on leveraging AI-enabled tools and proposal databases to improve quality and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have BS/BA, at least 2 years in proposal management, familiarity with RFPIO/Responsive, and

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in proposal management.
• Knowledge of proposal databases and RFP response solutions (Qvidian and Responsive).

Responsibilities

• Support sales effort via the proposal process in response to RFI or RFP.
• Plan, organize, measure, monitor, and control projects with tight timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to establish project plans and manage deliverables.
• Facilitate bid/no-bid decisions and develop pursuit strategy.
• Write, edit and proofread proposal content and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
