Layton Construction in Irvine, CA is seeking a talented Proposal Coordinator to help win work through compelling proposals and marketing materials. You will coordinate pursuits, edit copy, format documents, and ensure brand consistency across deliverables.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in marketing/communications/design/business and 1–3 years in proposal planning, plus proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or related field or equivalent.
• 1–3 years experience in proposal and presentation planning and coordination, page layout, drafting tailored proposal content, graphics development, and editing.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with emphasis on persuasive writing and presentation ability.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office, especially PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of pursuits: team coordination, formatting, proofreading, graphics coordination, editing, and production.
• Contribute to content development for proposals and collateral under supervision.
• Support action planning and progress tracking of pursuits.
• Research Layton qualifications and industry information to strengthen proposals.
