Job summary

A bachelor’s in Marketing/Communications/Design with 1–3 years of proposal experience is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office, plus strong writing and layout skills, will help you contribute to Layton’s portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or Business or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of proposal and presentation planning and coordination, layout, and editing.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuits, messaging, formatting, and proofreading for proposals.
• Collaborate with graphics and teaming partners to produce proposals on time.
• Develop content for proposals and collateral under supervision.
• Ensure brand adherence across all deliverables.
