Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a data-focused professional to maintain and collect project and fabrication data across regions, supporting prequalification submissions and BD efforts. You will organize files, track milestones, and collaborate with regional proposal teams while learning our processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills, with exposure to the engineering/construction sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills required.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in data collection or business development preferred.
• Experience in engineering or construction industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and collects project data for multiple regions (New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, Energy).
• Tracks milestones and photo documentation.
• Develops prequalification package submissions and deliverables.
• Establishes regional data file structures and supports regional BD data collection.
• Builds relationships with regional proposal teams and learns company processes.
• Supports data analytics with the Data Analyst team.
