Southland Industries is seeking a data-focused professional to manage project and shop data across regions, including prequalification submissions and regional documentation. This role supports the regional proposal team and partner relationships while maintaining established data structures and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communicator with analytical mindset and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Solid multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• 1–3 years' experience in data collection, business development, or related field.
• Engineering or Construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and collects project data for respective regions, including New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, and Energy.
• Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions.
• Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested.
• Assists with developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission.
• Establishes and maintains file structures for pre-qualifications and project data for respective regions.
• Develops relationships with the regional proposal team.
• Establishes fundamental understanding of company process and protocol.
• Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team.
