Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a data-focused professional to collect and organize regional project information across New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, and Energy. You will support prequalification submissions, timelines, and document preparation while maintaining orderly data and regional file structures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, analytical mindset, and relationship skills.
• Good project management and deadline discipline.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data collection experience.
• 1–3 years' experience in data collection or business development; engineering/construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and collect project data across regions and milestones.
• Support regional BD data collection for the Data Analyst team.
• Develop prequalification package submissions and timelines.
• Coordinate document prep and submission requirements.
• Organize regional file structures for data and prequalifications.
• Build relationships with regional proposal teams and standards.

Job description

• Maintains and collects project data for respective regions, including New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, and Energy. This includes tracking key milestones ofthe projectsincluding photo collection, etc.
• Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions.
• Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested.
• Assistswith developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission.
• Establishes andmaintainsfile structures forprequalificationsand project data for respective regions.
• Develops relationships with the regional proposal team.
• Establishes fundamental understanding of companyprocessandprotocol.
• Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong communicator, analytical mindset, relationship driven, project management.
• Good project management skills with the ability to meet assigned deadlines.
• Good relationship building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Competent inMSOffice.
• Minimum 1–3 years' experience in data collection, business development, or related field.
