Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a data-focused professional to manage project and shop data across regions, including prequalification submissions and regional documentation. This role supports the regional proposal team and partner relationships while maintaining established data structures and processes.

• Assists with developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission.
• Establishes and maintains file structures for pre-qualifications and project data for respective regions.
• Develops relationships with the regional proposal team.
• Establishes fundamental understanding of company process and protocol.
• Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team.

Job description

• Maintains and collects project data for respective regions, including New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, and Energy. This includes tracking key milestones ofthe projectsincluding photo collection, etc.
• Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions.
• Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested.
• Assistswith developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission.
• Establishes and maintains file structures for pre-qualifications and project data for respective regions.
• Develops relationships with the regional proposal team.
• Establishes fundamental understanding of companyprocessandprotocol.
• Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team.

Qualifications

Pay:

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington this ranges from $28.00 - $32.00/hourplus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
