Workhorse Capital is seeking a Proposal Coordinator within the Marketing Department to transform technical content into polished, client-focused pursuit materials. You will manage timelines, organize content, and prepare SOQs, proposals, and presentations for on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes writing, editing, and visual communication to showcase our value to clients. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, highly organized, collaborates well, and can translate complex technical information

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, proposals, or a related A/E/C industry role preferred.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, CRM systems, Canva, and/or proposal production is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transform technical content into clear, marketable proposal narratives.
• Manage internal pursuit schedules and tracking to keep deliverables on track.
• Produce SOQs and proposals with writing, editing, layout, graphics, and print/digital prep.
