Job summary

NaphCare, Inc. in Birmingham, AL, is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Proposal Development Team on-site. You will assist in creating high-quality, compliant proposals and related documents for prospective and current clients, coordinating with internal teams to meet deadlines.

The role requires meticulous writing, editing, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site opportunity at our corporate headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills are essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Proposal Development Team in the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals.
• Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to identify requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Contribute written content and assist in developing clear, persuasive proposal responses.
• Develop and implement design elements to make proposals modern, professional, and visually appealing.
• Proofread and edit proposal drafts and templates for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure all proposal materials meet RFP compliance standards.
• Maintain and update proposal templates, appendices, and client lists.
• Create proposal components including cover pages, tabs, labels, and appendices.
• Track and schedule proposal deadlines using Outlook.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather items required for proposal submissions.
• Support the production, assembly, and shipping of final proposal documents.
• Maintain proposal supplies and assist with office equipment such as printers and copiers.
